Is it real silk and real lace?
Yes. Silk pieces are 100 percent mulberry silk at 19 or 22 momme, and lace sets use Leavers-style or Chantilly-style lace. The full composition is on every product page.
How is it packaged, and what shows on my statement?
A plain outer box with a silk-lined gift box inside, and a neutral descriptor on your card statement. Gift orders ship with a slip that shows no prices.
Can I return lingerie?
Within 30 days if unworn with tags. For hygiene, briefs and stockings must be unopened. A faulty piece is always replaced or refunded.
How fast is delivery, and is shipping free?
We ship within the United States by express, 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is free from $150, otherwise $12.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Ship to any US address, add a note in the bag and we handwrite it on a card. The packing slip shows no prices.
